Trump for China?
I had a geography professor who traveled throughout the world, and he once said that he had 'never been to a country where citizens distrust the government as much as they do in the United States'. The fact that Americans are so wary of their own leaders astonished and I guess you could say even alarmed him. And to note, he made that statement well before 9/11, prior to conspiracy theories becoming a big industry and part of the mainstream discourse. And speaking of conspiracy theorists, one of my favorites is the late Jordan Maxwell. There's this video where he argues that "in politics, nothing happens by accident". I don't necessarily agree with that statement, but I see his point.
