Four Police Officers Killed in South Carolina (Back in April)
I found this story interesting because I only stumbled upon a couple of days ago, as a link in another article. And I couldn't for the life of me remember reading about this incident when it actually occurred, back in April. Meanwhile, I visit various news sites, including a couple of major ones, usually numerous times on a daily basis. The said truth is that, mass shootings/murders are now commonplace in American society. For awhile there, let's say circa 2022-23, they seemed to have calmed down. But this year, 2024, they're back with a vengeance. For example, about a month ago a man in California "killed his in-laws, wife and two young children" , i.e. his own family. Luckily (so to speak), the father-in-law was able to identify him before passing away. Earlier today came a news report in which nine people, "including six kids" were killed when the SUV that was carrying them ran off the road and into a canal. That's a horrifying story in an...
